A while ago Dee released this gorgeous kit called Measure Up. This kit is a lovely sewing kit, but also has a theme of friendship, love, and how a person 'measures up' whether it's to themselves or others. For my tag I used a couple wonderful tubes by Verymany called Yvonne and Mr. Whiskers. Yvonne is a multi-layer tube, and Mr. Whiskers comes with a blue winter hat on a separate layer. You can get these at Verymany Tubes HERE and HERE.  
  Here's my tag :) I used a couple awesome masks by Dee which you can get at Dangerously Delicious Designz which you can get HERE. Note: The Yvonne tube does not come with a blue layer.  I recoloured one of the clothing layers to match the tag.  This is allowed by Verymany.
