I had a play with Verymany's sweet Furry Friend 4 tube, which is available at Verymany Tubes HERE.

I also added Verymany's Louie tube, available HERE, Verymany's Giant tube, available HERE and Verymany's Pretty Kitty, available HERE.

I paired these adorable tubes with Dees'Sign Depot's KISS 8.  This is a tag template.  You get both the tag template in PSD form so you can easily place tubes in the tag.  But you also get all the separate elements so you can go your own way and make your own tag.
