This is a tag I made for a challenge at Creative Misfits forum, and was made with an amazing tube by Misticheskaya called Wendy which is available at PFD HERE. We were given a FTU cluster frame, and had to tag it. For my tag I used the kit the cluster frame was made with, a great kit by Tiny Turtle Designs called Death Do Us Part, and is available at Tiny Turtle Designs HERE.
